The Husqvarna Classic Mtb event came right through our garden where riders welcomed the sherry that we were dispatching in the rain and mud. Pencil in the race date for 2012 – 20th May. Race distances are 40km, 18km and a kiddies 10km. There is also a 14km and 8km trail run. Why not make a weekend of it and book into Gwahumbe for the perfect family escape? Race bookings can be done on www.roag.co.za. Gwahumbe will be permanently marking the 18km route of the Husqvarna Classic for guests’ enjoyment. This route includes superb single track and is ideal for trail runners or mountain bike enthusiast
