• Please arrive 10 minutes before your treatment commences.
• If you are having a pedicure it is advisable to wear open-toed shoes.
• When booking your treatment, please advise your therapist if you are on any medication or are under GP supervision or if you are pregnant.

Cancellation: At least 24 hours advance notice is required for cancellations, after which 50% of the treatment value will be charged.
If you are late for your appointment, your treatment time will be shortened accordingly so as not to affect other scheduled bookings.
