Gwahumbe is situated close enough to the city to be a spur of the moment, picnic destination, but has more than enough rugged, wilderness splendour for you to feel as if you are on safari in deepest Africa. The staff are friendly and the facilities are top quality. Make sure you book a treatment at the Spa while you are here, it is a real treat not to be missed. Gwahumbe offers something for everyone. – Estelle Malan
I spent an overnight stay at Gwahumbe and left feeling revitalized. The venue caters for all needs and wants, for families, couples and solo visitors. Friendly staff and good food complete the package for a great getaway destination. I definitely recommend the venue and the game drive. – Charlenie G
Amazing food, breathtaking views, attentive staff, gracious hosts, and lots of photo opps during game drive. Zebras came up to the lawn and bushbuck walked by deck so you’ll see animals all day. we watched a storm pass by from the deck off our room which has spectacular vistas – lots of rolling hills. We loved every minute of our stay! – Suzie
Gwahumbe is a little “peace” of heaven. We had a very relaxing day and got to unwind and have discussions which were very worthwhile. The game drive was a highlight for me, and the food and hospitality was incomparable. – Bernice B
