Welcome Junior Explorers!

There’s so much to see and do, so let’s get cracking. Take out your compasses and set your sights on fun and adventure.

Join the Gwahumbe Junior Explorers Club and you will receive a book full of fun-filled activities that will teach you all about nature. You will also get your very own sample box to store all of the interesting things that the Gwahumbe Rangers will help you find.

When you’re not off exploring, here is a list of other activities that you might like to try:

Junior Ranger Camp

Do you dream of being a game ranger when you grow up? Why wait? You can start right now with the Gwahumbe Junior Rangers Camp. Learn about your favorite animals by watching them in their natural environment. See how nature can provide you with everything you need to survive in the bush. The 3 day 2 night camp will get you well on your way to fulfilling your dream of being a game ranger.

Junior Rangers between the age of 8 and 13 will stay at the Mzigi Bushcamp and a qualified field guide will lead them through activities such as:
Orientation
Pellet Gun Shooting
Raft Building
Guided Walks
Survival Skills
and much more…
