The Spring ladies breakfast was a great success! Thank you to the 100 ladies who joined us at Gwahumbe for a wonderful Spring day out.

Lisa Raleigh inspired the crowd with her talk “ “Keep Fit and fabulous FOREVER” and was on hand to personally sign copies of her book ” No Fries on us“  Liza Clifford, a professional bra fitter passed on many tips and was available for bra fittings and sizings in the Spa at the end of the morning. Dermalogica passed on vital FITE information and hosted a skin bar during the champagne sipping which rounded off a superb morning.
