Perched on the mountain, our venue boasts uncluttered spaces that draw your gaze to the breath-taking surroundings, seamlessly blending the outdoors with your celebration. Our one-with-nature approach means that there are no fences separating us from the wildlife at Gwahumbe. It’s not uncommon to spot giraffes, zebras, and ostriches near the lodge, seemingly “welcoming” our guests and overseeing the festivities.

Guest Accommodation: All accommodation is to be booked. If you don’t want to book out accommodation, the wedding must be at lunch time and guests are to leave by 4pm
Gwahumbe has 27 beds ranging from R1300pp bed & breakfast and various prices for self-catering units.

Our qualified therapists, paired with the picturesque valley, pamper your body and soul. Featuring a steam room, hydro-bath, and massage rooms, it’s an ideal place to unwind before your big day or relax post-celebration.
For the more adventurous, we offer guided 4×4 game drives with snacks and drinks along the way. This allows the gentlemen to enjoy some fresh air in the bush, sharing drinks and exploring the reserve, while the ladies indulge in spa pampering – truly offering the best of both worlds.
We offer four different accommodation options at our private game reserve, allowing you to choose the best options for your guests. Our accommodation sleeps 27 people, including the bridal couple.
Exclusive use of the lodge and accommodations is also available at an additional cost, transforming it into your private sanctuary for creating lasting memories.
